Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Quality Printers Pte Ltd. By confirming an order, paying a deposit, approving the artwork, or accepting the completed goods, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before design or production begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the outstanding balance must be paid before collection or delivery. Approved credit customers must make payment within the payment period stated on the invoice.

Artwork Approval

The customer is responsible for checking and approving all artwork, including spelling, names, dates, contact details, colours, dimensions, quantity and layout. Once artwork approval is given, any amendment, reprinting or replacement required because of an overlooked error will be charged separately.

Design and Artwork Charges

Design, editing, typesetting and artwork preparation charges are separate from printing charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Editable or source files are not included unless agreed in writing and fully paid for.

Copyright and Permission

The customer confirms that all logos, photographs, illustrations, wording and other materials supplied to us may legally be reproduced. Quality Printers Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any copyright, trademark or permission dispute relating to materials supplied by the customer.

Colour and Print Variation

Colours displayed on computer screens may differ from printed colours. Minor variations in colour, cutting, folding, finishing, material, dimensions and positioning are normal within commercial printing tolerances and will not be considered defects.

Quantity Variation

Unless an exact quantity has been agreed in writing, the final quantity supplied may vary by up to 5% above or below the quantity ordered because of normal production processes.

Changes and Cancellation

Any change requested after artwork approval may result in additional charges and a revised completion date. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once design, material preparation or production has started.

Production and Delivery

Completion and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. We will not be responsible for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, equipment failure, power interruption, material shortages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Inspection and Claims

The customer must inspect all goods upon collection or delivery. Any shortage, damage or printing defect must be reported in writing within three working days, together with photographs and the affected products. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Remedy and Liability

Where a valid production defect is confirmed, our responsibility will be limited to correcting, reprinting or replacing the affected goods, or refunding the amount paid for those goods. We will not be responsible for indirect losses, loss of income, missed events or other consequential losses.

Collection and Storage

Completed goods must be collected within 30 days after notification. Storage charges may apply thereafter. Goods remaining uncollected for more than 60 days may be disposed of without further liability.

Ownership of Goods

All printed goods and materials remain the property of Quality Printers Pte Ltd until full payment has been received.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.

False or Defamatory Publications
Customers must not knowingly publish false, misleading, malicious or defamatory statements concerning Quality Printers Pte Ltd, its employees, products or services through Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other public platform. Any such publication that causes harm to the company’s reputation or business may result in a request for correction or removal and, where necessary, appropriate legal action to recover proven losses, damages and legal costs. This condition does not restrict customers from providing honest and factual feedback.
